Welcome to the Australian Brumby Alliance
The Australian Brumby Alliance was formed in 2008 as a national body to provide a unified voice for the welfare and preservation of Australian Wild Horses (Brumbies). Our members are wild horse rescue and interest groups from around Australia who share a common goal of protecting the Australian Brumby against inhumane management and who believe in the importance of preserving an important part of the history and heritage of Australia.
Collectively we aim to ensure informed debate on brumby issues and provide public awareness of :
· the value of brumbies for work and pleasure;
· humane management practices for wild horses;
· the plight of brumbies in Australia; and
· how you can be involved and help
